    AVO-CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 🥑

    ⚠️ If you are allergic, be careful, especially in this season, because both avocado and cocoa are histamine-liberating foods so you would risk worsening the symptoms.

    Ingredients

    ➡️ 1 ripe avocado
    ➡️ 50 gr of 75% Dark Chocolate Tab Dabòn with Erythritol and Cocoa Nibs

    Procedure

    1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
    2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pulp. Put it in a small blender and blend until it becomes a cream.
    3. Add melted chocolate and blend again.
    4. Decorate with extra cocoa beans, dried raspberry and coconut chips.
