Ingredients
➡️ 1 ripe avocado
➡️ 50 gr of 75% Dark Chocolate Tab Dabòn with Erythritol and Cocoa Nibs
Procedure
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pulp. Put it in a small blender and blend until it becomes a cream.
- Add melted chocolate and blend again.
- Decorate with extra cocoa beans, dried raspberry and coconut chips.
