The products ordered are delivered to the postal address specified by the customer at the time of the order request. By registering to the site you can access the section reserved to your personal account through which you can change and manage the shipping address.
The status of the order will always be available in the section "My orders".
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Special requests for preferred times and days can be included in the item Note dell’ordine.
When the order is delivered to the courier will be sent an e-mail containing a link to verify the online tracking of your parcel from the taking charge of the courier until the actual delivery.
The delivery is deemed completed when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified in the order form.
At the time of delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by dabon.it the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
– that the package is intact
– that the number of pieces in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
All goods travel at our own risk, in case of damage we ask you to accept the package with reservation. Please read carefully the modalities expressed on the page Deliveries.
In case of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient at the address specified at the third failed delivery attempt, you will be contacted by dabon.it in order to agree an appointment for delivery.
If also in this case the recipient will be absent the package will be returned to dabon Srl.
After 30 days from the date on which the Products object of the order were sent back to dabon Srl for impossibility in the execution of the delivery, the contract will be deemed terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c.
Dabon.srl will refund the amount paid - with the exception of highly perishable products - by the Customer net of the costs of returning the Products and the costs of storage of the same at the branch of the courier in charge of delivery.
The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the means of payment used by the Customer for the purchase.
In the event that, before the expiration of the thirty days, the Customer asks to receive again the Products purchased, dabon.it will proceed to the new delivery after charging, in addition to the expenses of the same, the costs of returning the Products to dabon Srl and the costs of custody.
Why can’t food be returned?
To protect our customers and for hygienic reasons you can only exercise the right of withdrawal for products that can be put on the market without danger to the health of consumers.
It is precisely for this reason that it is not possible to return food products for which it is not possible to guarantee proper preservation.
