Information regarding the online resolution of disputes pursuant to Art. 14 Par. 1 dell’ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation):
the EU commission assigns to the consumers the possibility to resolve online the disputes, according to the art. 14 Par. 1 dell’Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) on one of its platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a place where consumers can try to reach out-of-court agreements on disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.
